Essential suits brochure sites and local businesses that rarely change - it keeps the site healthy and that's the job. Standard fits active businesses that need regular content changes and tweaks. Growth is for e-commerce and growing businesses where the site earns money and deserves ongoing improvement. If you're unsure, the discovery call sorts it out - and I'll happily recommend the cheaper plan if it fits.
Yes - most WordPress and Next.js sites can come onto a plan. I review the site first so we both know what state it's in, fix anything urgent, then migrate it to my hosting and start the monthly rhythm. If a site is in genuinely bad shape, I'll tell you what it needs before taking your money.
Unused hours roll over one month, so a quiet month isn't wasted - but they don't pile up indefinitely into an awkward backlog. If you regularly need more than your plan includes, that's usually a sign to step up a tier or look at the retainer, and I'll say so rather than billing ad-hoc extras forever.
No. Every plan runs month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. If you leave, I hand over hosting access, recent backups, and all credentials properly - no hostage-taking, no exit fees. I'd rather keep clients because the plan is useful than because leaving is hard.
